The 3D Championship is open to anyone in the UK who would like to compete with their peers in a 3D RC helicopter competition.

The group each pilot will compete in is shown after their name and has been decided based on the pilots own declared set manoeuvres total K factor. The split between Champions and Intermediates groups was made at a total K factor of 9, which gave an even split of 15 pilots per group.
